The Space

Memories will be made in the quaint backyard setting with private heated pool, BBQ, and outdoor dining table. The small, but relaxing pool offers just the right amount of relief from the beautiful Florida sun. Inside you will find a modern, professionally designed beach home with amenities perfect for family and friends. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the amazing emerald waters of Destin at Just a Splash.

Luxury Amenities

The three bedroom home offers ground level entry with keypad check-in. There are no stairs anywhere in the home. Upon walking through the front door you are greeted with a spacious dining area and a short hallway to the open concept kitchen and living room, including a breakfast bar island with seating for four. The kitchen offers plenty of dishes, barware, cookware, full sized appliances, and small countertop appliances such as Keurig, coffee pot, blender, etc.

The living room is built for comfort. It showcases beautiful, luxury furniture with a comfortable pull out queen sofa bed. The 65" SmartTV allows you to enjoy your favorite show after a long day at the beach. Also, the kids will enjoy the broad selection of board games or leverage the hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

A king sized bed awaits in the main bedroom along with a beautiful chair that converts into a single bed. This bedroom has a large private bath, a huge walk-in closet, and plenty of storage for suitcases under the bed. The second bedroom provides two bedding options, one queen and one double size bed. The third bedroom offers one queen size bed. All bedrooms include premium mattresses, bedding, ceiling fans and SmartTVs. A second bath is positioned between bedrooms two and three.

Our family visited the panhandle recently and fell in love with the wonderful people, beautiful beaches and stunning sunsets. We love to entertain and have always dreamed of owning a beach home that our family and friends could enjoy as much as we do.

Just a Splash Destin Beach House is truly a dream come true for our family. We've put a lot of love and care into our home to make it a wonderful place for a family getaway. We love relaxing at the beach or in our private pool. The location is perfect and the Miramar Beach community is very welcoming.

Our home is just a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is perfect for morning/evening walks or bike rides. We're excited to make plenty more family memories and are happy to be able to offer Just a Splash for you to make your own memories.
